The Week 10 college football slate is loaded with ranked matchups and tight betting lines. In the SEC alone, Alabama visits LSU as a 6.5-point underdog, Georgia is getting 3.5 points at Ole Miss, and Texas is a 2.5-point underdog at Missouri. The weekend also features a marquee intersectional clash, with the No. 1 Miami Hurricanes traveling to face No. 11 Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish are 7.5-point favorites as they try to avenge last season's loss to the Hurricanes. Miami will be without injured star wide receiver Malachi Toney, who is sidelined with an ankle injury.

Out west, BYU visits Utah in one of the weekend's top games, with the Cougars seeking a fourth consecutive win over their rivals. The series between the schools dates back more than 100 years, and the third-ranked Utes are favored by 4.5 points at home in the Week 10 college football spreads.

Before locking in any Week 10 wagers, bettors may want to consult the latest predictions from SportsLine's proven model, which simulates every FBS game 10,000 times. The model entered Week 10 with an 80-77 record on all top-rated college football picks at betting sites this season.

One of the model's top Week 10 selections is Ohio State (-7.5, 45.5) covering against Oregon in a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on Saturday. The Buckeyes are coming off a loss at USC, but freshman quarterback Luke Fahey should be more comfortable at home against a Ducks defense that has seen only three other Big Ten teams allow more passing touchdowns. Oregon, meanwhile, is just 1-3 against the spread following a victory this season. Ohio State has covered in 80 percent of its home games since the start of 2025, and the model projects the Buckeyes to win by double digits, covering more than 60 percent of the time.

Another Week 10 prediction from the model: Oklahoma (+6, 44.5) covers at Florida well over 50 percent of the time. The Gators have dropped three of their last four games, with every loss coming by 19 or more points. Aaron Philo returned under center for Florida on Saturday but was benched in a loss to Georgia after throwing two interceptions, and his replacement, Tramell Jones, committed two turnovers of his own.

Oklahoma, by contrast, has stability at quarterback. John Mateer has averaged 296.5 total yards with four passing touchdowns and zero turnovers over his last two games. Florida also leads the SEC in penalty yards, which the model sees as another reason the Gators cannot pull away. The model additionally projects the Over to hit in 59 percent of simulations for that matchup.

The model has made a call on the winner and cover in every Week 10 game and projects three upsets in ranked matchups, based on the poll rankings.

Other notable lines for the weekend include Virginia Tech at SMU (-6.5), Nebraska at Illinois (+4.5) and TCU at Arizona (-7) on Friday night, plus Cincinnati at Houston (-10.5), Kentucky at Tennessee (-6.5), Air Force at Army (-3), Michigan State at Michigan (-14.5) and Georgia at Ole Miss (+3.5) on Saturday. All odds are subject to change.
